Vanuatu won’t sign Pacer Plus
9 June 2017: Vanuatu has pulled out of signing PACER-plus on June 14 in Tonga, wanting more time to assess its impacts before making a final decision.
The two largest Pacific Island economies,
, have already rejected the agreement.
